Vinohrady is one of Prague´s most beautiful residential districts. Turn-of-the-century buildings dominate the main streets in this district full of trees, parks, restaurants, shops and bars. Vinohrady is a mere ten-minute walk from nearby Wenceslas Square. If you are on a longer visit to Prague, then this is definitely a great apartment rental for your consideration.

We are offering a spacious, quiet one-bedroom flat on Luzicka Street, on the second floor of an early 20th century building. Outside the windows, trees blossom, leaves turn green then gold, before falling for the winter. Inside you´ll find some marvelous antique furniture mixed with a comfortable couch and chairs, a large kitchen, a lovely living room and an ample master bedroom. This entire flat feels as if it were transported from the early 1900s into the 21st century.

The kitchen has a full compliment of cooking and eating utensils should you choose to relax at home after a day of visiting Prague. A gas stove makes quick work of water for tea or coffee. There´s even a washing machine should you need to do some laundry if you´ve been on the road a while.

The living room features a large couch, which doubles as a bed should more than two need to stay. There are two comfortable chairs and a pseudo-mantle fireplace complete with an orange light bulb for that fire-warm glow without the heat (straight out of the mod ´60´s). Big windows let in a ton of light giving the apartment a very airy, light feeling.

In the master bedroom there are two antique single beds, matching night tables and a view to two sides of Vinohrady. There is also a wonderful desk/drawer set and a wooden closet to hang up your things. The feeling of spaciousness and lightness is abundant in this beautiful turn-of-the-century flat.
