The BENEDIKTSKA apartment is our closest apartment to Prague's Old Town Square. This lovely space is located in the heart of Stare Mesto, a five minute walk from Prague's Old Town Square and around the corner from the lovely art-deco Municipal House (in Czech called Obecni Dum, where many of the Prague Spring Festival concerts take place). The neighborhood is one of the most trendy in Prague, with many of the city's finest restaurants all located within a short five-minute walk. Should you choose to stay here you won't be disappointed with either the apartment or all the goings on in the neighborhood.
The building was constructed in the 1930s. All rooms have lots of light since the apartment is on the top floor of the building (5th floor with an elevator)
The flat is furnished the flat with period antique furniture, two single beds in the bedroom and a closet to hang your clothes in. There is a large mirror and stool in the living room along with a couple of chairs to read in if you need to while away time.
There is also a couch which pulls out to form a double bed should more than two wish to stay here. As in all of our apartments, linens, towels, heating and electricity are included.
The fully functional kitchen features all the facilities expected in a beautiful flat. There is a refridgerator, stove, microwave, cutlery and dishes. So, if you decide to cook instead of hitting one of the neighborhood restaurants, it's no problem.
The neighborhood around the apartment is great, one of the most happening in Prague. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars and more are being added all the time. It's simple to get out and grab a really good bite to eat and enjoy some of Prague's excellent concerts and nightlife.
If you need to get anywhere quickly, there is a metro around the corner (Namesti Republiky stop on the B -yellow line) or you may simply climb aboard a tram (nearest tram stop is Revolucni, trams 5, 14, 26, 53) and go exploring.
We think that staying at Benediktska will really make your experience in Prague great as it's location is very convenient as you will be able to visit most sight from here by foot.
