Charming, romantic, ancient, beautiful are just a few of the adjectives used when describing Mala Strana, the oldest quarter in Prague. The cobbled streets in this part of town are smaller and narrower than elsewhere in the city. They retain the charm and atmosphere of a city from the 16th, 17th or 18th century. Horses and handsome cabs can still be seen, intermingled among trams and cars. There is no finer quarter for beautiful buildings, wonderful restaurants and access to the main tourist attractions.

Located in our Vlasska 8 building on the ground floor, this flat offers easy accommodation for those who may have trouble getting up stairs. The front door is accessed through a small cobbled courtyard in the interior of the building. There are no stairs to climb, just one step from the street into the hallway and another step into the courtyard.

Upon entering the apartment, you´ll notice the mixture of vaulted and painted ceilings. The kitchen and bathroom are vaulted and the bedroom and living room both feature painted original wooden beams from when the house was constructed some 400 years ago!

Despite being in an old house, this is a totally modern flat complete with an up-to-date bathroom and kitchen. Relaxing after a day of touring, cooking up something light is simple. We´ve installed a long bathtub to soak sore feet and aching bodies. There´s also a real nice kitchen, complete with microwave, should you choose to stay at home after your long bath.

The bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together or pulled apart depending on your preference. There´s a great rug for laying around on in the living room and a comfortable couch that pulls out to form a double bed should another person or two wish to stay. Antique wooden closets await your coats suits and dresses.
