This apartment is in a late 19th century building on the Ve Smeckach street meaning just 2 minute walk from the Wenceslas square, 5 minute from the National Museum buildings and 10 min walk from the Central Train station (Hlavni Nadrazi). One cannot go to Prague and not see the Prague Castle. Likewise, one cannot miss Wenceslas Square, site of the 1989 "Velvet Revolution," and current business center in the heart of Prague. The square is in fact a wide boulevard lined with elegant hotels and shops it is dominated, at the top, by the 19th century National Museum with the famous King Wenceslas statue at the top of the square.
Restaurants and shops alike are crammed with tourists and locals, all dining out, shopping and enjoying the flourishing center. All three metro lines run from Wenceslas Square as do a variety of trams, making it possible to whisk anywhere in the city in a matter of minutes. But Prague is best viewed on foot, and Wenceslas Square is also just few minutes from Old Town Square´s famous Astrological clock and the beautiful ancient Charles Bridge, spanning the Vltava River. Whatever your preference, it´s easy to do from Wenceslas Square. the apartment is on the second floor above the ground level, without elevator. There are two main bedrooms, each with a large double bed and parquet floors, the windows are facing the little Ve Smeckach street, one of the bedrooms has a small balcony. Both bedrooms have an independent entrance from the hallway and this way our guests would enjoy complete privacy when for example, two couples would stay together. For a larger family there is the living room between the two bedrooms where there are another 2 single beds, which could also be put together.
The kitchen has all the modern conveniences including a microwave, modern electric burners with electric convection oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a large refrigerator. The spacious kitchen offers plenty of room to lounge around, there are 6 chairs at the dining table and makes it the place to gather and cook, snack or simply enjoy yourself after a long day of being in the city. There is also another balcony facing the quiet back yard with a small hallway which can be used for breakfast for two.
In the bath you’ll find a sink and standup shower, with many drying racks for clothes and towels. The toilet in the main hall next to the bathroom.
