The apartment is in a great location, central to many sites and activities.

The apartment is in a great location, central to many sites and activities. Plenty of good restaurants and pubs are only a short walk away. The view of the castle is great. Wifi worked perfectly. Bathroom is well appointed, and the beds are adequate. Apartment was clean and service was great.

Our only complaint is the front door requires use of a key to open from the inside. We left a spare key in the lock to facilitate this, but apparently that renders the outside lock unusable, so we were locked out of the apartment. We had to pay to the apartment management to get back in. I felt this was unfair, as we had not been warned about this flaw. The management said they will post notices going forward, which indicates to me it was not our fault and we should not have had to pay. H.Wolfe, UK

Our concierge always takes the time to explain all our guests every useful detail about the apartment during the check-in. Unfortunately, we can not explain to every guest all the basic rules about living in an apartment as some of them are taken for granted. We have specifically explain how to use the keys upon check-in. Each guest is also responsible for the rented apartment and its equipment and if there is a damage due to his or her negligence the cost of the repair or damage has to be covered by the tenant. We have also been traveling all over the world and we believe that certain tenant's responsibility is a common sense.

Nevertheless we have installed a different lock which prevents everybody from inserting the key from the inside of the lock. This way even the most distracted guest will be protected from making this mistake when leaving the apartment in the morning.

It was a perfect apartment in an incredible location and we couldn't have been more pleased with what we found through your service. Over the years, I have stayed in many of the apartments offered by Mr. Lorenc and they are all great places to stay. I have recommend your website -- and all of your apartments -- to many of my friends visiting Prague, too. All of them have been extremely grateful because of the high quality of the apartments, the exceptional locations and reasonable prices and, above all, because of the professional and reliable service you continue to provide.

Thanks again for helping to make my most recent visit to this beautiful city so special.
