Great farmer's market 3 times a week right in front of the building!

This new apartment in the Vinohrady district is in a recently renovated building originally from the end of the 19th century. It is situated on the Jiriho z Podebrad square, a central square of this lively district which is dominated by a monumental church by Josip Plecnik, an architect whose art has influenced the look of many important Prague buildings including some parts of the Prague Castle. This apartment is on the 1st floor above the ground floor, i.e. actually the 2nd floor with a modern elevator. The apartment has 78 sq.meters. Lively neighborhood with a local food market on the square in front of the house, lots of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood, excellent French, Italian restaurants just around the corner.
